How to update usernames from internal sign in ID into external sign in - Business Central

We have existing users in Business Central Sync from Azure, we need to change from their internal domain sign in ID into their own external ID, any guide will be helpful? Thank you,

Hello,

If you plan to use Azure AD authentication for your existing users, then you need to follow this guide and update the Office 365 authentication mail address to the external Office 365 mail:

Is this for a Saas environment? If so, is that other domain available for your tenant in Microsoft 365 admin center. I do see an option when you edit the user that you can select a different domain through a drop-down, but that tenant would need to be associated with that other domain.
