Role Center Page Not Available

Hello Everyone,

I recently upgraded my BC version 19 to version 20. it seems to be working fine but the role center page was not added.

Do anyone know how I can add the role center page?

    Are you asking about a specific role center, or all role centers are not added.

    Can you see that role center in profiles page?

    You can manually add your role center page

    Once you enable show it in Role Explorer..

    Then you can update it here, in my settings

    Hi

    The profile (roles) is not available on the pages and task menu from the global search. I'm thinking it is a development issue. Any suggestion on what next to do?

    The profile page isn't available hence no role center at all. Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue?

    Hi Bryma

    It's possible that the profile (roles) missing could be related to user permissions. Have you checked that the current user has the appropriate permissions to access profile or role center page?
