Error: The record in table Sales Price already exists. Identification fields and values

I already customize this sales price table line to add new field from region table.

But when i key in new line in the table line level, its not detected region field as identification field to be unique. Should be the infolog error is not there if the region is different. But now the if the region is changing, the error still there. how do i add region field to be one of the logic to detect if region field is same then pull the error, and if region field is different then accept the new line and save.

Is it something to do with key?

You would need to add a new Key, that includes the new field, otherwise it is just an extra field, and the same validation exists, that the records cannot have duplicates, where all values in key fields are the same.
