Dynamics 365 Developer Toolkit plugin debug fails with errors

Using the new debug directly within Visual Studio 2015 fails with errors. I have no issues debugging using the external plugin registration tool. I have the latest update version of the developers toolkit but no change.

    Can you download the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50032 SDK and point DevToolks at that, then try that again?
