Is there an easy way to see which gift voucher serial number belong to which customer?
In the Gift Voucher Item> Serial , you can see the account number but not the Customer's name, is there a way to change that?
At the moment, we have to search on the POS for customer in data base > Purchase history > find gift voucher item > click on the transaction > get a preview of the duplicate receipt that says GIFT VOUCHER > Print the receipt to see the serial number assigned to the customer's gift voucher.
The preview of the receipt doesn't show the serial number but it does print it.
