i have a plugin that connect to a web-service and retrieve data from the web.

some time execution time is longer than 2 minute and i get this error :

"the plug-in execution failed because the operation has timed-out at the Sandbox Client"

i saw some solution to change the registry keys like this:

but i cant find this key on crm 2015.

Hello,

I can see these settings for CRM 2015, just there is no normal timeout setting, while writing your code for plugin you need to make it should be completed within 2 min, it applicable for all plugin, better to re analyse your code or move long running business logic to workflow.

my code logic is fine. i use this plugin to retrieve large data from the web, however my solution form the problem:

1- change the plugin outside the sandbox:

open "RegisterFile.crmregister" file and change IsolationMode.

IsolationMode="None"

2- change time out setting in application server web.config file .
