I have a small requirement i want to hide add phone call button from the Social pane.Is it Possible?

Hi,
the only supported way would be to remove the "Create" privileges of Phone call on all user.
You can't easily and in a supported way customize the Social Pane.
Social pane can't be customized at present so not possible better to look some workaround like educating your end users not to create phone call from there if you have customized form call field, you can add a custom ribbon button on the form to open your phone call form.
