File Transfer not working for MicrosoftDynamicsGP12-KB4046335-ENU.msp

Hello Friends,

Planning to upgrade GP2013 to GP2016 R2 but not able download 'MicrosoftDynamicsGP12-KB4046335-ENU.msp'  or if you can point me to latest SP web link.

Your earleist reply is highly appreciable.

    Hello Sandip,

    Please look at the following if you're unable to download via file exchange:

    mbs.microsoft.com/.../fileexchangeissue

    If that doesn't resolve the issue for you, create a support case and we can upload the file(s) you need to an FTP site on the support case for you to access. You won't be charged/decremented a support case if that is all you're needing.

    I am having a similar issue with all GP 2015 patch MSP files. My exact error is

    "Microsoft Dynamics File Exchange System

    An error has occurred during the transfer of this file. ", which is not described in the issue page.

    I have followed the instructions in the link to no effect, as well as shut down all browsers, clear cache and launch a new private session which also did not work.

    Yeah, I'm not sure what is going on as a couple people here I had test can download from fileexchange fine but others can't, getting the same type of errors, despite the work-arounds mentioned.

    If you need a file right now, the best option again is to open a support case so we can create an FTP site through the support case for you to download the file from. The support case will be non-charge, unless you require further support besides getting access to the file(s).

    I confirm that this is something that has been bugging the Customer Source File Exchange for quite a while, as I had to download the US Year-End payroll for someone else and put it up on 1Drive for them to be able to download it.. they kept getting the error message, though they had proper access to Customer Source..

    I've experienced it myself a couple times, but was fine usually after a few retries later thru the day.

    Thanks Derek I submitted a support ticket, but had to re-do it twice as Edge blocks popups by default, the first one got eaten :(
