We have some users who sometimes cannot use the Quick Print feature - have checked default printers and that is not the problem.
Some users work fine, and other don't - even if the default printer is the same.
Other reports print fine - including the GL Edit or AP Edit for the same batch that they tried the quick print from.
We are in a Citrix environment, and have had printer mapping issues in the past, but these appear to be worked out, as it only relates to Quick Print.
Any ideas or direction for investigation?
