Dashboard Title not showing !

Hello folks,

I used XRM Site Map editor to add a dashboard tile into CRM 2015 on-prem, it is successfully updated but when I check the dashboard title its showing UNKNOWN2448 instead of "Dashboards", please see the below image and send me solution that how to fix it, thanks in advance for help me out.

Hi

You need to enter a title for that (for your lcid, Example 1033).

Please refer the following:

Thanks Gopalan for replying but the error code changed UNKNOWN3049, should I set any Icon file too? Please also check 2nd picture of XRM configuration, if there is anything wrong before I entered Icon file but removed it, please help, thanks.
