I can't seem to figure this out so maybe it is not possible but:
I am trying to Send an email from a workflow but I want to put a wait condition that checks when the email status is set to sent of which I will then deactivate the triggering entity record.
I have noticed when I try and use the Send Email option that I cannot access the record created by this so I cannot use the wait condition on this record. However I tried the create email option which then gives me access to the created email record so I can put the wait condition on it, but then I cannot use this record to send an email.
Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
