Can the "Outstanding Vendor Invoices" tile be copied from the Business Manager role to the Accountant role without programming?

Hi,
For this, you should create one extension of Accountant Role" and create Vendor Tile with same logic.

Outstanding Invoice Tile = Purchase Invoices which are Parked on the Purchase invoice Page. I'm not sure on the programming part but -
You can mark favorite to Purchase Invoice (By Going to Tell me Bar - Write Purchase Invoice - Bookmark the same and it'll be available on Navigation Panel. (screenshot below)
If the above option will not solve your query and you need Tile only - Then
There's also an Extension which is developed by name - Simple Object Designer. (You can type this in Tell me bar) It'll give you a step by step guide to create a Role Center as well.
