Team Member Licensing !

Hi All,

I have 2 team member licenses for D365. One of the user who have this team member license along with Office 365 business edition is appearing in CRM under enabled user list where as second user with just team member license(No second product license in O365) is unable to access CRM.

Should user have a combination of office 365 product license along with Team member license to access D365 ? Any documents around this corner ?

Incase if user is given a full user license without any second product license, even then they are able to access CRM. The issue is just with team member licenses.

The user needs to be created in Office 365, but there are no preconditions for having an Office 365 license to any particular product.

What settings do you have for the user that is not being displayed (under the user licenses)? Is the CRM license enabled?
