It seems you need to load the unit of measure table first, then upload the item table. Or you could disable the validation for the UOM field and BC won't complain.

How can I upload UOM first and do you know how can I disable it?

"You can insert data into UOM first and then insert data into the item. First, export UOM data from the sandbox and then insert it into production.

You need to make sure first all item and its related Unit of Measures are populated, there are two different tables for Unit of Measure, Main table is Unit of Measure where you need to have all the units of measure you use in the system, then you also need to define this for each for that you need to make sure you have those in Item Unit of Measure table, so the above error is because you don't have that in those tables for that Item. Setup in Item Unit Of Measure for those items and then you should be good.

When you import items you need to import both the items table (Table 27) and the items unit of measure table (Table 5404).
