I'm installing a new copy of Win Server 2008 R2 Standard and have a copy of SQL Server 2008 R2 to install too.
Are there any known issues with SQL Server 2008 R2 & RMS that I should be aware of.
Could not find anything in Customer Source.

No, we have been using it for some time now for many new installs and upgrades, and it's just fine.
The only thing that I have heard was a bit fidgety is the SQL that comes with SBS.
You do have access to the latest build of RMS and Hotfixes if you are not running that flavor already, right?
