Records created by one user can't be seen by another

I have created a table and list-page in an AL extension but when one user creates a record in the table, other users can't see them via the list-page. Why is this? Code attached.

Hi, I deleted the code of No. Series part and tried it after modifying the List page to Editable. This doesn't seem to be a problem.

Note: First you need to generate permission set, and assign it to the user in BC.
