I am currently reviewing the new Flexible Sampling Plan feature in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, and I would like to confirm whether the following scenario can be achieved using standard functionality.
The requirement is to configure a Quality Association so that a Quality Order is created only once per year for a specific vendor/item combination. After the annual Quality Order is created and processed, the system should not create another Quality Order for the same vendor/item until the one-year period has expired.
In other words, the expected behavior would be:
- Create a Quality Order for the first applicable purchase receipt.
- Do not create another Quality Order for the same vendor/item while the annual testing period is still valid.
- Automatically create a new Quality Order only after the one-year period has expired.
Is it possible to achieve this behavior using Flexible Sampling Plans and Quality Associations without customization?
