Hi all.

I am going to host a CRM refresher session for our sales force, in mid-March.

Anyone have any fun ideas to kick off the presentation? Do CRM jokes exist? Any images out there that embody an "embrace CRM" attitude? Dynamics CRM fun facts? Anything?

    I have used this as an approach to lighten the training session. But I have found and still don't understand that not everyone gets it. And it may not be appropriate for all audiences.
