how do i remove items assembly in RMS

Hi All,

I got few assembly items need to be remove from HQ. How can i do that.

I know its assembly stored in itemclass and itemclasscomponent tables.

Deleting it from there and issuing 250 worksheet will help?

(Basically i want to remove assembly from item)

    Thank you for the update.

    Hotfix Request #790 is still a Hotfix Request. It has not been fixed yet.

    Hotfix Requests are worked on by the development team per customer impact and demand. If more people were to open non-billable service requests to add their contact information to the request, the more likely the issue will be fixed.

    If you would like to increment our customer count on this issue, please open a non-billable service request online or by calling 1-888-477-7877.

    Hi Trent,

    You were correct, items are not propagate  to stores from 250.

    can you tell me how to obtain Hotfix Request (HR #790) and how to apply it.

    We are on RMS V 2.0.0113

    Hi Trent. We are using Find window to search items, not Item (all) window. That's why i couldn't find it. I used item (all) as showing above and found those assembly items. Thanks for your support. I will check this propagate to shops trough 250 worksheet.

    Thank you for the update.

    To delete an assembly item in HQ:

    1. Log into Headquarters Manager

    2. Enter Maintenance Mode

    3. Delete the assembly item.

    Hi Trent,

    Thanks for your answer. I would like to know how to delete it from HQ.

    We have assembled two items for promotion purpose and now we want to remove the assemble but not item.

    So how to delete an assemble from item in HQ.

    Hello SDDXB,

    Thank you for your questions.

    You may have to delete the assembly item at HQ and the individual stores as well. We have an open Hotfix Request (HR #790) for an issue where removing items from assemblies or matrices does not propagate to stores with WS 250.
