Hi all,

i've set the BC Add-in in Outlook.

Assume that my contact sends me an email, asking for an offer. I create it in the bc Add-in directly in outlook (it works) and i send the offer pdf attached to the reply email that i send in outlook.

Is there a way to see the trace of the email sent in outlook directly from the offer in BC?

I know the "email sent" log page in BC, but there i can only see emails sent directly from BC.

You have to do some kind of customization to access Microsoft Graph API to read emails and do that entry.

It is possible, but it is quite troublesome.
