Hello,

I am missing the "+" (ADD) button in my mobile app. I have given the user of the mobile app the rights to create an account but he still can't see the add button.

According to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/crm-customer-center/field-service-mobile-app-user-s-guide.aspx The button should be in the to right corrner

Can someone please help me with a tip?

Thank you,

Dorin

If permission to create an account was given after the app was installed, make sure the app is refreshed on the user's device.

YES!!!! Thank you very much, Nicolae Tarla!

For other people who stumble on this post, what I did was to go to Settings(mobile app) and tap on the DELETE DATA option.
