How to make a specific quick create form as default "Quick create form"

I would like to set a specific quick create form as a default quick create form (form which lanches when user clicks on "Create" button in the navigation) when there are many quick create forms available for an entity.

How do i do it?

It is always considering the first created form as default form. I tried changing the form order but it still does not work.

Hello SreeRaj:

You can de-active the older form.

or if you go to Form Order (within that entity) and select Quick Create Form set you can see which form is first

Thanks for your quick response. Couple of observations/questions

Do you mean changing the form order in "Quick Create Form Set" works? If Yes, i did that. Changing the form order does not considering.

I think CRM 2015 does not allow to deactivate the "Quick create forms" but if i delete the first quick create form then it is considering the second form as default quick create form.

But my question is - Is there anyway we can set or change the default form when there are more than one "Quick create forms" for an Entity

SreeRaj, Thank you for reaching out. The quick create forms only allow one default form. You would have to mark all other quick create forms as inactive then the active quick create would show. But you cannot set or adjust multiple active quick create forms display order.

"Although you can define multiple quick create forms, only one quick create form can be used by everyone. The form everyone will use is set using the form order. Quick create forms cannot be assigned to security roles and they do not provide the capability for the user to switch forms."

Hi Seeraj,

you can only open one quick create form. In the form order-->Quick create form--> which ever form is in the first order it will open as a quick create form for that entity.
