We have a requirement for certain parts to be checked by an engineer before acceptance.  Is there a way we can automate a form to be printed upon receipt?

    It is possible to set up quality control for item receipts. What type of form do you need exactly?

    Currently we use a PDF form which is a hangover from pre Dynamics.  Essentially yes/no questions and ticks in a few boxes.

    Thank you for your answers.  Unfortunately, I do not have access to try either suggestion due to access restrictions.  I have passed the answers onto management for them to review and pass onto the company we employ to manage our set up.
