Hi Everyone,
We are evalualting Dynamics 365 BC and one of the feature we are loonking for is integration of BC with a VoIP solution, like: Amazon Connect, 3CX, Twilio, Zoom Phone,... etc.
We haven't ever tried Microsoft Teams to know that it can be connected to the VoIP Hardware Phones, Trunk or PSTN. So if Microsoft Teams can do that for it could be our first choice.
If any of above mentioned VoIP solutions can be integrated with Business Central, would you please introduce the related resources and guidlines?
