Dynamics 365 Business Central Integration with a CTI/PBX Solution

Hi Everyone,

 We are evalualting Dynamics 365 BC and one of the feature we are loonking for is integration of BC with a VoIP solution, like: Amazon Connect, 3CX, Twilio, Zoom Phone,... etc.

We haven't ever tried Microsoft Teams to know that it can be connected to the VoIP Hardware Phones, Trunk or PSTN. So if Microsoft Teams can do that for it could be our first choice.

If any of above mentioned VoIP solutions can be integrated with Business Central, would you please introduce the related resources and guidlines?

    Hello,

    What is possible with Teams is written here:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../across-teams-overview

    To link the two for calling a phone number, you may need a third party system. If you search for it on the Internet, you will find a few hints. Note that I personally do not have any experience with these VoIP nor do I know which ones are the best.

    Maybe the community has a few suggestions:

    Thank you Marco, you actually solve a good part of the problem.

    The one important missing part is the integration of VoIP Phones, PBX, Trunking and so on... with Business Central.

    I'm not sure about what I say but I think it's possible to integrate 3CX and Microsoft teams for Trunking and using PSTN with Teams.

    I wish I can find a good how to guid
