Hi Guyz..
I have a small requirement. we are creating a case whenever there is a Incoming Email coming to CRM. So when users replies to these Emails Regarding Field is not getting Tagged automatically in OOB. Can you please suggest how can we achieve this.

Hi Muthuraman,
The easiest way to say is that you can write a plugin. However, you would also need to check, whenever the incoming email is received and a case is created, you also have to tag the incoming email with the Case too. This way, when you look under the case, you will be able to see the incoming email. Now, when the users want to reply to the email, then you preplugin or post, can fire and check for the case which is set regarding the incoming email and automatically link the same case to the outgoing email.
