Hello,

I am using a code to retrieve the account record from CRM and displaying in the Html Select.

i am fetching only the two columns from the CRM database.

problem is when i am using onComplete event handler such that my all entity records get sorted by name. it's taking a long time to load the data.

when i am moving the code into the onSucessCallback event handler then first fifty records are getting sorted leaving all the other records.

can anyone help me in optimizing the code.

Hi EmployeeOcta - sorting based on name column will always be slow, we faced similar challenge, and when we shifted to customer type it was performing lot better. I know that may not be allowed in your case. One thing comes to my mind is to have the data at client side and then apply sorting.

    Hi

If you share the code and also possible numbers of approx total number records in the entity, we should be able to help you improve the perf.

    Hello All Experts,

I have applied one logic , rather than sorting the result in onComplete event handler, i have applied sorting in fetchxml and got the results in sorted order.

thanks for all of your reply.
