Greetings,

I am trying to add the company's logo to all our documents.

I have added the logo in the company information page but It still isn't showing.

Please is there something else I am to do?

To ensure your company's logo appears on all documents in Business Central, first add the logo in the Company Information page. Then, navigate to Report Layout Selection to verify and customize the document layouts, ensuring the logo is correctly placed. Assign the customized layout to the relevant document types and generate a sample document to confirm the logo's appearance. If issues persist, check the image file format and size for compatibility.

Check the Report Layout Used

Navigate to Report Layout Selection (Search → Report Layout Selection)

Find the report you're printing (e.g., Sales Invoice – Report ID 1306). See which layout is being used :If it's Custom Layout, the logo might not be included. If it's RDLC or Word, check whether that layout includes the logo placeholder.

Unfortunately, not all reports support company logos.
If a standard report does not support it, please consider customizing and extending the standard report.

As mentioned, only a few reports include logos by default. If you want the logo to appear on all reports, you'll need to customize them to add it.
