quick create form save button disabled

Hi All,

On the oppurtunity form i have a subgrid called revenue components while entering the data into the revenue components and try to save it the save button is not working, The revenue component is a quick create form.

    Which browser are you using to access CRM? I've found cache issues can sometimes cause a problem with quick create forms. I would try the following:

    1) Try it in a different browser (like Edge), or if using Chrome/Firefox try it in an incognito tab

    2) Clear the cache of your browser and try it again

    If it still doesn't work, does it produce an error message at all? Or does the button just not respond at all when you click it?

    Hi Tom,

    i tried different versions but the problem still persists, it doesnt produce any error message but the save button freezes

    Are you able to create the record using the main entity form? Is it possible that the save is taking time to complete the save operation and hence appearing as it is freezed?

    not able to create any record, The record creates only when the quick create form saves

    Hi ,

    Did you tried to  create record using advanced find ?

    Is this happening for all user  and every machine?

    Do you have any kind of JS attached in the entity forms?

    I am suspecting it is not the problem with Quick Create but the entity record create itself i.e. something is blocking the creation of records for that entity which could be because of any plugin/ workflow or some other business logic.

    As suggested above, try to create record from somewhere else, may be advance find or directly from the entity home page if available.

    yes there is java script attached on the entity forms,

    every user is facing the same issue.

    To isolate the issue further, please try to create a record outside of quick create. Use advanced find and create a record from there and see if it works.

    Thanks For the solution

    i am able to create a record from advance find

    we have changed the feild requirement as optional and its working fine after that
