    Hi,

By the way, the install itself deploys a few apps(power apps, model driven) and flows using power platform solution, so you should be able to see on the backed, as sometimes those flows fail to start.

If despite following the document, the issues continues, please open a support call with Microsoft as the error has very less or no details.

Check the prerequisites shared by @Sohaib Cheema, the two most common to be missed are:

    • Security roles in the Power Platform environment assigned to the installing user
      • System Administrator
      • System Customizer
    • Ensure the Finance and Operations Virtual Entity app is installed and updated to the latest version.

Failing that, also try out the retry button. Sometimes it can just need a couple of tries.

HI @Sohaib Cheema , thanks for replying.

I followed the above document and successfully installed the BPA app six months ago. I also created several custom reports. However, I am now encountering an “installation failed” error while trying to update the BPA app.

I understand that, by default, Microsoft did not provide the Order-to-Cash model data in BPA and that a support ticket was required to enable it. Microsoft also mentioned that this model would be available by default in upcoming releases. I would like to confirm whether the Order-to-Cash model has still not been released by Microsoft as part of the default BPA data models?

For your information, I am using a user account with Global Admin access, and I am attempting to perform the BPA app update using this account.

Hi @Anthony Blake, thanks for replying.

I have both the roles above you mentioned , for my user in PPAC. I retried 5 times to update again.
