I followed the above document and successfully installed the BPA app six months ago. I also created several custom reports. However, I am now encountering an “installation failed” error while trying to update the BPA app.
I understand that, by default, Microsoft did not provide the Order-to-Cash model data in BPA and that a support ticket was required to enable it. Microsoft also mentioned that this model would be available by default in upcoming releases. I would like to confirm whether the Order-to-Cash model has still not been released by Microsoft as part of the default BPA data models? For your information, I am using a user account with Global Admin access, and I am attempting to perform the BPA app update using this account.
