Pending Approval Cues

Are the Pending Approval Cues in BC intended to display requests pertaining to just the current logged in user?  Should super users, administrators, and/or business managers be able to see all pending approvals or requests?
 
I have a super user that cannot see PO requests, but the individual is not in the approval setups for Purchase Orders.  For now I've directed the user to use the "Approval Request Entry" screen and filter as needed.
 
Please advise.

    Hello,
     
    Super users or administrators won’t see all requests unless they’re explicitly included in the approval setup.
     
    To monitor broader approval activity, such users can use the "Approval Request Entries" page and apply filters.
