Unable to access attachments on BC

Hi there. We attach invoices/emails to purchase invoices when processing on BC, but some users are not able to access these attachments through General Ledger Entries or Vendor records. Does anyone have experience of this? Perhaps it is a role/setting issue?

When you indicate that they cannot access, is it because some error appears? Can other users?

Thanks for the response @gdrenteria... For some users we can have a link to the attachment e.g. PDF, but other users just can't see the link or see that there are any attachments.

Yes that's exactly it,,, that box doesn't show any attachments for some users

Hi

You go to a record, and some users can see attachments and other users on the same record don't see anything attached. That is, attachments exist but some see them and others don't, correct?

Is the license type of both users the same?
If you temporarily change the role of the user who does not see the attachments, does he see it?

normally this doesn't happen often cause viewing attachments has nothing to do with more sensitive data. To get a quick solution, you could create a customized permission set using recording permissions. Then assign it to users. High level steps

create a new permission set

start record permission

go to a document like purchase order and add attachment

open the attachment and stop recording

assign the permission set to the user

Or you could download a free doc attachment app from marketplace for users
