Hello

I was able to create a 'Recurring Bulk Deletion System Job' for keeping my system clean and I want slightly modify the conditions and this thing drives me crazy. I don't see any edit buttons as well as delete. What is that? Is there any way to manage it? Thanks!

    Hi

With recurring system jobs you can only modify the recurrence. If you wish to change criterias you have to create a new job from scratch.

Delete is possible though. There's no button for this inside the recurring job window but you should see the delete button from the grid view.

    Thanks Daniel,

But what do you mean grid view? Advanced find? But what type of record I should select to find 'Recurring Bulk Deletion System Jobs' there is no such a type presented there.

No, just the regular homepage view for recurring system jobs. You can find it under Settings->System Jobs and then switch the view to "Recurring system jobs".

Not having full CRUD on a feature like Bulk Delete is a Epic Fail.  We as users should never accept this as an answer.

    Hello,

A non-supported method is to set column 'RecurrencePattern' of the corresponding 'AsyncOperation' record to null directly in the database. Then the job can be deleted in the System Jobs page of Settings. The job should be cancelled first. Haven't tested whether the  'RecurrencePattern' could be nullified and deleted in supported way through the SDK API.

You can Delete them through Advanced Find.

    Evening All,

I was having this issue truing to tidy up some re-occurring system jobs that have been cancelled. I have tried in Power Platform admin, Advanced Find and Settings > System jobs. It lets me selected the job and press delete but it refreshes and the jobs still there. It just doesn't seem to delete any which way I try.

Its rather annoying as I just want to see a neat list of active re-occurring system jobs and not diluted with old cancelled jobs

Is this a bug it wont seem to delete and remove?
