I'm trying to convince our new CRM users that it can be really easy to get a contact into CRM. One example I want to use is the idea of using a business card scanning app on the phone which OCRs the details from a business card and creates a contact in the phone. Is there a way of getting the contact directly into CRM from the phone contact, or do they have to call it up in Outlook later on their PC in order to get it into CRM?
