Highlighting fields that are used within a workflow

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to highlight field labels within a form to make the user aware that the field triggers or is involved in a workflow?

We are currently increasing automation within our CRM, which is great, but it isn't always obvious to end users what fields trigger, or are used within workflows. As I create the workflows in reality there's only me knows all of the permutations of the fields used, and if I get hit by a bus it'd be useful for others to have a good idea of whats going on!

    Hi Brian,

    You can highlight the fields the by unsupported way in Javascript which worked for me.

    window.parent.document.getElementById('fieldLogicalName_c').style.backgroundColor = 'yellow';

    Substitute Field Logical Name suffixed with _c for the ID of the element.

    Thanks for the reply.

    We currently use the description, and tool tips of fields fairly extensively within the solution. With this in mind I don't think that the tooltips will be a viable option.

    Do you know if it's possible to make the field display name display in Bold or italic font?

    The only simple option would be to manually put text in the description of each field that is used in a workflow. This is displayed as a tooltip on the field in a form
