Dear Experts.

We are trying to install Business Performance analytics tool after all validation given by Microsoft but getting error in mid of installation.

Hi @aqeel2020uae

1) Do you have any GL data entities customized that are used in the BPA as virtual entities?

2) are you trying the installation on a test system or Prod system

Dear Mr. Sohaib.

Thanks for your time. No there is no customization in Test Env.

First I installed Virtual Company from power Platform. While i am install Business Performance analytics getting error.

We can re build data entity in case if your consider its changed or customize.

Check prerequisites:
The environment must be Tier 2 or higher.
D365 version must be at least 10.0.38 (or higher for latest features).
Required privileges for both Power Platform and D365 FO must be assigned (System Administrator/System Customizer roles).
All relevant license configuration keys must be enabled (General journal, Bank, Procurement, etc.). Maintenance mode (via LCS) is required for license config changes.
The Finance and Operations virtual entity must be installed and enabled before installing the Business Performance Analytics solution.

I can see your error message tells us two things.

1) Unable to complete updates to the Track changes option for table:

First error is mentioned on the BPA Faq(s) section:

However, since retrying the installation (which I hope you have done) hasn't helped, let's move on to the next error message visible in your screenshot

2) Exception details: InnerJoin not supported for JoinDataSourceRelation(s). Use JoinRelationName(s) instead for the embedded datasource

This second error is mentioned on the setup of Enable row version change tracking for data entities

So, three questions:

Have you enabled Enable row version change tracking in the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations system?

Is your Data entity customized?

What version of Dynamics you are on?
