Does anyone know what to do in this scenario?
All work is completed assocaited to to shipment and load itself, but the load is NOT shipped. For some business reason the whole shipment is to be cancelled and phyiscally and systemically not leave. how can you cancel the load if and shimpent in D365? says when i try to delete "Load line cannot be deleted because there is work associated to it."
this is whether i try to cancel to shipment or load id. trouble is the work is closed so i cannot complete the work or cancel is as its past that point. i need to cancel the full load details and move to inventory from the outbound dock and i cannot.
Any ideas?
