Some users unable to run flow (Power Automate), click on RUN does nothing, click enter shows country selection

I recently added some new users as "run only" users to the flow I built.

When those users try to run those flows in Dynamics, a quick prompt to select country shows up for a second, a went to the RUN flow popup.  However, user cannot click on RUN, only CANCEL button works.

When click enter, a pop up to select a country shows up, but drop down just disappear after country is selected.

All connectors had green check marks and are working.

We already tried clear cached, switch to different browser, doesn't seem to work.  2 out of 10 users I assigned had this issue.

I have the same question (0)

    Having a similar issue.

Built a manually triggered Flow for an internal user to run on a record in Dynamics 365.

Select Country appears for a bit, then the below screenshot:

When they click Continue, nothing happens.

Power Automate Free is activated under their user account in M365 Admin Center > Users > Active Users > Licenses and Apps

I am the owner of the Flow and am not having this issue.

The Flow uses Microsoft Dataverse connection references but they are green/working (for me anyway).

    Hi TylerS.Dev

Do your users have access to the connections used in the flow?

This can be found by going into the Cloud Flow, at the very bottom right, there is a section called "Run only users". Select Edit:

I had "provided by run-only user" selected for both. I set it to "use this connection (my account)":

I didn't need to invite users/teams or share the flow with anyone (which is directly above this screenshot).

The users that couldn't run the flow before were now able to run it successfully.

This worked for me, not sure if it will for you but thought I'd share.

Edit: It works for some users, but still doesn't work for others. Still looking into it

    Regards

I ran into the same issue. I figured a way to bypass the 1000 Power BI limit by just passing the slicer filters to the Flow and then using the filters to filter the datasource which is in Dataverse and I was successfully able to use records over 1000.

I did the "win dance" 🕺 and moved on...until users started complaining that the button would not trigger for them anymore.

The reason? Because now the Flow became Premium and Power BI, out-right does not allow the Flow to execute, unless you have a Premium license (which I do). So, I modified the Flow to use DAX against the report data and got rid of any Dataverse (Premium) actions. Once I did that, the users who previously could not run the Flow, could now run it.

I also saw this solution on another forum but I can't remember where.

    Hope this helps.
