Requirement is while adding user to the crm or creating users it should automatically assign security roles and field security roles to the user , please suggest me.

A relatively simple way is to assign security roles to the organization team.
Each D365 organization has a team with the same name as the organization, and it contains all users in the organization. New users will also be automatically added to this team.
So we only need to assign security roles to this organization team, this way whenever a new user is created, the user will have these security roles.
