any idea?
thanks
Alan
Hi Alan,
You can hang there to see if anyone has similar experiences.
Hello Alan,
I am experiencing the same error message when creating a collection letter in D365 version 10.0.26.Have you already found a solution for this error message?Or do you know where we can change the registration number in the OCR-line?Hope to hear from you.Kind regards,Heidi de Boer
hi Heidi,
I found that a AR parameter > Ledger and sales tax> "integration with tax system" was mistakenly enabled. (not sure if it was caused by version update.)
after I disabled it, the error gone.
hope it helps.
Hi Alan,Many thanks for your quick answer. But unfortunately, I can not found the parameter "integration with tax system" in the AR-parameters.Can you send me a screenshot? Thanks in advance.Heidi
here
I do not have that parameter, see screenshot:
Maybe this parameter will only be visible for a specific country? Is your country maybe Norway?Regards, Heidi
OKay, here is China.
so you may raise a support ticket.
We've recently also been experiencing this issue on one of our customer environments (when invoicing an SO). However I don't seem to be able to replicate this on a sandbox environment.
Anyone has an update on this?
Thanks!
Hi Christophe,
I forgot to update this community because Microsoft discovered that this issue was caused by a new feature that was automatically defaulted on version 10.0.24. To workaround this error, Feature management configurable payment ID can be disabled.
Correction is under progress and backport has been requested for correction to be available starting with version 10.0.25.
I hope this will be useful to you.
Regards,
Heidi
Hi Heidi
Thanks a lot, I can hereby confirm that disabling the feature "Configurable payment ID" solves the issue.
