Entity ActivityParty Dynamics

Hello everyone

I'm performing an email migration, from a SQL database to Dynamics, using KingsWaySoft.

At some point, I need to send my contact list to the emailaddresssused attribute within the ActivityParty entity.

My question is: I am able to view this entity (activityparty) using XRMToolBox, but using KingsWaySoft, activityparty is not present in the entities list.

Any suggestions on what to do in this case?

    Hello,

Try to build FetchXml - that should provide possibility to fetch that data.

Hi Marcelo, activityparty is not meant for direct writing, which is the reason that the entity in the list when you open up the CRM destination component.

Instead of writing to the activityparty entity, you would write to those activityparty fields in the actual business entity (such as "to", "from" fields for email entity), the CRM platform will automatically populate activityparty entity based on the parties  that you have provided to those fields.

    I hope this makes sense.
