Pick Instruction Error

Hi,

I do not understand why this error prompting me, the sales order created is correct but when I print the sales order's picking instructions, it prompts with an error "There is no Customer within the filter. \n Filters No:".  Already browse the web for solution but can't find once. Need your help, thank you in advanced.

    BC Version / build number?

    Did you install any extension integrate with sales process lately?

    Hi Raelhef;

    There were no extension on the picklist instruction or in the sales order (BC Version W1 16.5 - Platform 16.0.15884.16632).  I just wonder, some other sales order can able to print the pick list instruction.

    Hi,

    Everything works, when I remove the last entry type line - item (no specific item no. specified).
