Hi Community,

Whenever, we have full occupancy in navision, the system will prompt me this. As far as I know I can't really do anything about this , unless I have purposely set up myself to have a login session in navision, so that i can access to session and kick some one out.

I would like to find out, is there any other way to check if i can kick anyone out without having a session of Navision in?

    Hi,

This is standard error message. If you exceed the limit of user according to the license, then system shows it. there is no workaround for it.

Do one thing. Open the NAV 2016 Admin panel and activate the Ideal session.

Hi, I think you can try the following commands.

    Get-NAVServerSession

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/microsoft.dynamics.nav.management/get-navserversession?view=businesscentral-ps-18

    Remove-NAVServerSession

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/microsoft.dynamics.nav.management/remove-navserversession?view=businesscentral-ps-18

If customized, you can create a small tool to cancel some sessions. But this still has to be logged into NAV.

And, I have used the following method to restrict user login before, but it is possible that the session is still alive.

I hope these can give you some reference.

    Thanks.

Hi Amit, I'm using Navision 2018. Not sure if there is any difference, but may I see a screenshot of the admin panel, and where is the ideal session?

    Thank you!
