For some customers the payment prediction is updated but for others it is not

While running the standard model for Late Payment Prediction in business central, I am facing a question in my mind and it goes like this.
Steps followed for the use of Late Payment Prediction,
1. Enabled the late payment prediction.
2. Model quality is 0.59 and threshold defined is 0.40.
3. Updating the Customer ledger entries, fields like payment prediction, prediction % is updated. 
And this update is only for 2 to 3 customers and not for other customers. 
I want to know, why does the predictions are not updated for the other customers. 
What's so special in those 2 - 3 customers.
As far as I know it is due to variations, but there are variations for other customers too.

    When using the standard Late Payment Prediction model in Business Central, it's expected that predictions will only be generated for customers where the model has sufficient historical data and confidence to make a meaningful assessment.

    Here are a few factors that may explain why predictions are only appearing for 2–3 customers:

    1. Data Volume and Quality: The model relies on historical payment behavior. If a customer has limited or inconsistent payment history, the model may not be able to generate a reliable prediction.

    2. Model Confidence Threshold: You've set the threshold at 0.40, and the model quality is 0.59. For customers where the prediction confidence falls below the threshold, the prediction fields will not be updated.

    3. Transaction Patterns: The customers for whom predictions are shown may have clearer or more consistent payment patterns, making it easier for the model to identify trends.

    4. Recent Activity: If some customers have not had recent transactions or ledger entries, the model may skip them due to lack of relevant data.

    5. Blocked or Inactive Customers: Ensure that the customers in question are active and not blocked, as this may affect prediction updates.

    If you want broader coverage, consider adjusting the threshold slightly or reviewing the transaction history of the customers not receiving predictions.

    In Business Central, the Late Payment Prediction model only updates predictions when there is enough relevant and clean historical data for a customer, and when the model’s confidence score meets or exceeds the defined threshold. Even if your threshold is 0.40, for many customers the prediction score might still be lower due to inconsistent or insufficient data (e.g. missing due dates, irregular payment patterns). That’s why only a few customers are getting prediction results those are the ones where the model found strong patterns to analyze.
