Hi Experts,

One of our customer encounters one strange issue when using OData or API Batch.

It always returns error "Web service call failed because user could not be authenticated or authorized.".

But with the same user credentials, they can call OData service successfully. Customer uses Basic Auth.

Is it relate to the user permission? Can anyone shed me some ideas on this issue?

Hello,

Suggestion is to use Postman for testing and use OAUTH for authentication. Basic Authentication is being deprecated at least in latest SaaS release of BC.
