When running reconcile in Purchasing I get an error and it tells me to rebuild data, I can not find anything on how to do this.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Rick

Issue resolved.  Turns out that somehow the part number on the PO in question had been delete, once I added the part number under inventory I was able to reconcile Purchasing.

    Hi Rick,

I would start with running Check Links on the Purchasing Transactions and Purchasing History.

If this does not resolve the error it is typically related to a field in the data that is incorrect. If this is the case I recommend opening a support request so the engineers can gather some SQL data and logs.

    The exact message is

5004892 PUBSAF OL135X Purchase Order Processing data has been damaged; please rebuild the data.
