In Approval User Set up, If I set a limit purchase amount of 1000, is this amount before VAT or after VAT in Navision 2018?

Hi,

I would like to find out in Approval User Set up, if I set the amount to 1000.

Will the amount 1000 be before VAT or after VAT?
