Hello everybody.
I have a question.
And we still use Dynamics CRM 2011 and we use the Outlook client for Dynamics 365.
My question is whether the Outlook client with Windows 7 service Pack 1 is compatible?
If "yes", my next question would be which version?

    Hi hidoya,

    This article lists the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook software requirements.

    One of the following editions of Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement must be available so that Dynamics 365 for Outlook can connect to it:

    • On-premises editions of Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Server
    • Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement
