Hi All,

I have an extension where I have restricted modify permission of contact card to a user group. However, when I open the card page, edit option (pencil icon at the top) is enabled, on clicking of which I am able to enter values into fields. But when I try to exit page again I'm getting revert the change error. So finally user is not able to modify data which is correct but I want the edit icon should also be disabled as per permission set.

Please suggest.

you can work with the editable property of the table.

declare a global boolean variable PageEditable.

set the page editable property: editable = PageEditable.

in trigger onopenpage set the variable pageeditable to the needed value according to the user/usergroup.
