Next/Previous buttons missing on Sub-grid

Hi There,

I'm having an issue with Sub-grids where if the results return multiple pages, when you browse to the last page the next and previous buttons in the bottom right hand corner of the sub-grid disappears. I have tried this in 2 hosted environments one with roll up 6.1.1.132 and the other 6.1.1.1847, both have the same issues.

Please could you advise.

    This is a known issue and addressed in Update rollup 2 for SP1. Update rollup 2 for SP1 is already released but it looks like Microsoft temporarily rolled back this release.

    You could workaround this issue until this Roll up available by enabling search on the Subgrid. Once you enable search on the subgrid , when prev and Next button disappears search any keyword is searchbox that will show data then clear the search text that will get the right data back with prev and next buttons.

    Do we know if this has been fixed in CRM 2015?

    This issue has been fixed as part of update release 1 in crm 2015.
