Hello - can anyone please confirm that while Teams and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE does indeed have some very nice collaboration integrations, in order to solve a specific problem like "I need my Teams calls to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE contacts to appear as Telephone Calls under the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Contact record ..." that it would be required to consume the Teams Graph API to retrieve the Call and perhaps Session information and then write to the Dynamics 365 CE or Common Data Service API using perhaps a telephone number to match the Contact record?
That is to say, can anyone confirm that there is no "native" integration achieved through configuration, nor are there triggers using Power Automate that can be triggered on the Teams Call record?
I am just asking because I cannot find a way outside of the consumption of the API and third-party apps that various companies have created.
